Soil is an important resource and environmental element in social and economic activities, providing basic support for agriculture and industrial production, and closely related to the health of cohabitants. Therefore, the investigation and monitoring of soil environmental quality has become an important topic and task in the field of environmental protection. In 2016, the country released the Action Plan for Soil Pollution Prevention and Control, which required a more comprehensive investigation of soil environmental quality, including the establishment of a soil environmental basic database, which placed higher demands on the rapid analysis of soil samples. X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF), as an important high-throughput elemental analysis technique, has the characteristics of simple sample preparation and multi element analysis. It not only has high testing efficiency but also strong stability, making it particularly suitable for large-scale sample analysis. The Ministry of Ecology and Environment released an environmental standard for the determination of inorganic elements in soil using XRF in 2015, titled "Determination of Inorganic Elements in Soil and Sediments - Wavelength Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy", which provides a reference for XRF in soil analysis
